The Muncy School District will be offering free sports physicals for any and all-student athletes that will be in grades 7-12 this coming school year.  You must fill out the online forms at https://studentcentral.bigteams.com/ in order to get a sports physical.  Directions for filling out these forms can be found under the “Files” tab.  Physicals will be given on the following dates and times:

• Thursday, May 29^th, at Myers Elementary School at 9:00 a.m. for current 6^th graders.
• Tuesday, June 3^rd, at Muncy High School nurse’s office at 7:15 a.m. for current 7^th-9^th graders.
• Wednesday, June 4^th, in the Muncy High School nurse’s office at 7:15 a.m. for current 10^th and 11^th graders.
