The Muncy School District will be offering a free sports physical for any and all-student athletes that will be in grades 7-12 that will be participating this Spring.  You must fill out the online forms at https://studentcentral.bigteams.com/ in order to get a sports physical.  Directions for filling out these forms can be found under the “Files” tab.  Physicals will be given on the following date and time:

• Wednesday, February 25 at 7:15am in the High School Nurse's office.
